What surprised me was that the change never stopped, year after year. Over more than 25 years, Protech teammates have seen cars become computers on wheels – with all the same software problems and bugs. Today’s cars have vehicle safety systems that save lives but also create new challenges for us to solve.
Drivers have always expected their vehicles’ systems to “just work,” like their smartphones or laptops. As cars become smarter, the relationship between driver and vehicle will only keep changing. We’ve chosen to change with it.
We’re in the middle of the biggest vehicle revolution since the invention of the automobile. We have to perform today’s repairs while thinking ahead about tomorrow’s. It’s on us to ensure that safety doesn’t fall behind as cars move forward.
We have a place for anyone, entry level to expert. We’re committed to making our teammates the best in the business, right from the start. New teammates begin their new career with paid training, then join our forward-thinking, always-learning team and help keep us on the cutting edge of automotive safety.
“We really enjoy the interactions and appreciate the wonderful customer service provided. They are diligent and willing to stay late or come in on a Saturday if needed to make sure we are taken care. They share our goal of restoring the customers vehicles back to pre-accident condition.”
“Due to the virus we have been very short staffed in the office. I appreciate how hard Protech has helped us with transportation of the vehicles.”
“Xavier has helped wash cars at my center. Will do anything to help us. Pavlo and Mike are always helpful. Whenever you need them, they are there. I have had a tech at my shop at 5:30 trying to get a car out. They have also made themselves available on weekends.”
“Broch if I spelled that correctly has been great to deal with. They have gone out of their way to try and meet our time frames to get the vehicles out on time. His attitude has always been good and he is very informative when helping.”
Throughout the year, Protech teammates generously donate their time to repair vehicles that are donated to families in need at NABC Recycled Rides® events nationwide.
